I am a once Sleeping Beauty.

I know what it is to adapt, to become careful, to manage your presence, and to dim your light in order to feel safe in the world. For many years, I lived in ways that looked strong and capable from the outside while quietly curating how much of myself I allowed to be seen.

Like many women, I learned to navigate the world by becoming what was needed. I became capable, reliable, and generous, all while silently and painfully dimming my light and distancing myself from my own fullness.

Eventually, there came a moment when the longing to live fully as myself became stronger than the fear of being seen.

My own awakening did not happen all at once. It has been a slow return. A remembering, a reclaiming, and a conscious decision to stay awake, free of the spell. It has become a daily devotion to choosing my sovereignty again and again, to remain seated on my own throne.

Sovereignty, I have learned, is not a single moment. It is a path we continue to walk.

The work I guide women through is the very work that allowed me to come home to myself and to stay here. That is why I hold this work with such reverence. I know what it costs to stay hidden, and I know what it takes to come home.

I know what it is to follow your own cadence as you allow yourself to blossom. I also know what it is like to live sovereign - with deep fulfillment, whole-breathed joy, and a sense of sanctity. Wholly natural. Freedom.

And so, I meet women where they are, in their own time and in their own way. I accompany them with truth, grace, and devotion, and with the kind of clarity that gently brings them back to themselves, to the profound fulfillment of living as Awakened Sovereigns.
