Our Agreement
Each group is held as a sacred sanctuary. Women commit to hold the space with reverence and care and to protect the privacy of what is shared.
A Note On Readiness
While deeply supportive, this work is not a substitute for therapy or clinical trauma treatment. If you are experiencing acute distress or actively processing unresolved trauma, I encourage you to seek support in a therapeutic or trauma-informed setting first. This course will be waiting for you when you are ready.
